NABA and DOMUS Academy actively support students in their research for accommodation.

A wide range of accommodation is offered nearby the Campus through different selected housing providers or private landlords. For bachelor and master students we offer different accommodation typologies with a minimum stay of 12 months.

Surfing the website, you will find studio apartments or single/double rooms in apartments shared with other students with all the information you may need, such as price, location, facilities and pictures.


Procedure for booking an accommodation

1) Register an account

Once enrolled, you can create an account on the website filling the registration form at the beginning. Even without a subscription, you can surf the website and start looking for the right solution without sending a booking request.

IMPORTANT: the account must contain the personal information of the student and not others (parents or relatives). It is also forbidden to create two or more accounts for the same user. Other accounts will be deleted.

2) Select filters on the homepage and click on "Search"

You can address your research using the homepage filters distance, typology, gender, price, and availability. If your start research without using filters the website will show you all the rooms and apartments currently uploaded. If the filters won't show you any results it means that there is no room that matches your criteria.

3) Verify accommodation’s availability

On the page apartments/rooms, in each accommodation record you will find a green or an orange dot: 
Green – Available: you can book the apartment/room
Orange – pending approval: the apartment/room has been already optioned by another student and it won't be possible to book it until the dot will turn green (available)

4) Select one accommodation

Select the apartment/room you would like to book and, if available, on the detailed page the button BOOK will appear scrolling down. Please remember that you can send only one booking request. On your email box, you will receive an e-mail step by step, and in your private account area, you can track the booking status. 

IMPORTANT: Your account is enabled to send a maximum of two requests in a day and after that, it will be blocked for 24 hours. Besides, your account is also unable to cancel and re-book the same place on the same day. It will be possible to book the same room/apartment after 48 hours.

5) Complete the payment and confirm your booking

After your booking request, you will receive an e-mail with detailed information about the payment. The payment is mandatory in order to complete the booking of the apartment/room you have chosen. You can choose between two options:
- pay through wire transfer directly to the landlord's bank account
- pay us directly through Flywire (online payment)

The exact amount is indicated during the booking process

6) Check-in

In the end, for the check-in appointment, please send an email at with the date and time of your arrival and your flight ticket once you get it. Please remember, check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM previous scheduled appointment.
